General Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the website www.bambou.pt and apply to any user who places an order. By making a purchase, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Products and availability

• All products presented on www.bambou.pt are described clearly, with images, technical characteristics and indicative measurements.
• Item availability is subject to existing stock. In the event of a stockout, the customer will be notified and can choose to replace the item, wait for it to be restocked, or cancel the order.

3. Prices

• The values ​​will be presented according to the quantity requested and delivery location, indicated in (€) , including VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise indicated.
• Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added during the order award process.
• Bambou reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice, guaranteeing the customer that the price in effect at the time of the order will be applied.

4. Orders

• Orders are placed via the website, telephone or email, by selecting the order and entering the data required for invoicing and awarding the order for delivery.
• After submission, the customer will receive an email accompanying the order request.
• Bambou may refuse orders in cases of: incorrect data, non-payment, suspected fraud or product unavailability.

5. Payments

* The order will only be processed after proof of payment has been sent and confirmation by our accounting department.

6. Deliveries

• Deliveries are made in mainland Portugal and the islands, as well as in other European Union countries, subject to conditions to be agreed.
• The delivery time is an estimate and depends on product availability, quantities and delivery location.
• Shipping costs will be calculated after validation of order product quantities.
• Bambou is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties (carriers, strikes, natural phenomena, etc.).

7. Warranty and Complaints

• All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by European and Portuguese legislation.

8. Responsibility

Bambou is not responsible for damages resulting from:

• Incorrect use of purchased products.
• Delays or failures in delivery for reasons beyond your control.
• Slight differences between product images on the website and the actual product (color, texture or measurements may vary slightly).

9. Data Protection

Personal data provided by customers are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Bambou and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

• These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the Portuguese Law.
• For the resolution of disputes, the Court of Ourém is competent, without prejudice to the imperative rules of territorial jurisdiction.
